Practical information
First meeting
Please allow for extra time on your first visit so that we have time to get to know each other and I have the time to understand your specific needs.
Location
I work from Hidden Gem Retreat, Knockatullaghaun, Moughna, Co. Clare, V95 PR92.
Treatments can be conducted in the clients home on request, providing there is adequate space and a suitable environment. Extra costs may be added to cover transportation.
Clothing
Loose cotton clothing (pyjama style) is required for most treatments. This can be provided on request.
Other pre-treatment requirements
With the exception of Thai Foot Massage, it is not advised to eat a heavy meal before a treatment. If possible do not eat a large meal for 2 hours prior to a treatment. This is especially important for the Abdominal Massage. Do however drink plenty of water as Thai Massage treatments facilitate the release of toxins, being well hydrated will allow the body to remove the toxins efficiently. For this reason it is important that no alcohol is consumed prior to a treatment.
